Deutsche Welle Initiative "We are Germany"

The German international broadcaster "Deutsche Welle" has just started the campaign "We are Germany" to speak up for more tolerance and cultural diversity in our country. In my opinion, it goes without saying that people of all religions, national origins and skin color are welcome in Germany. Such diversity and tolerance is the future of our country. That is the reason why I team up with soccer World Champion Jerome Boateng, world class violinist Anne-Sophie Mutter, star conductor Daniel Barenboim and many others to strongly endorse the campaign.
