J.P. Morgan Corporate Challenge in Frankfurt

15.06.2016

This year's JPMCC was once again a great success with exactly 68.119 participants. It had previously been raining so heavily, that the race had either to be overcome by swimming or to be cancelled. Fortunately, just like in the last 4 years, I had brought the sun along ;-)

Together with Dorothee Blessing, Managing Director of the Corporate Finance effort for the German Region of J.P. Morgan, we gave the starting shot for the race with our very loud hooting horns. For me it is always a great experience to take part in this event where nearly 70.000 participants cheerfully run through downtown Frankfurt for a good cause. Overall, the incredible amount of € 245.550 came together for the benefit of the German Sports Aid Foundation, the Disabled Youth Association and the Katarina Witt Foundation.

Many thanks to the J.P. Morgan Bank, which was not only responsible for the entire organization, but also doubled the entry fees and made the biggest corporate challenge in the world a true benefit.
