Sat1 Morning Show

Today I start the promotion for my book "So Much Life" and hopefully many of my fans will find it under the Christmas tree. Therefore I am making an exception and visit the Sat1 morning show that starts veeeery early ;-) But the brisk hosts Alina Merkau and Matthias Killing moderated the show in such a cheerful way that it was really easy for me to be fit already at 7 am.
